Power Outage – Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled power maintenance from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on March 20, 2026. Residents are advised to make necessary arrangements.
Community Meeting – March 2026
Monthly community meeting at the clubhouse on March 25, 2026 at 6:00 PM. All residents are encouraged to attend.
Parking Guidelines Update
Updated parking rules effective immediately. Vehicles parked in no-parking zones will be towed at owner's expense.
Water Supply Interruption
Water supply will be interrupted on March 22, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM due to pipeline maintenance work.
Security Advisory – Gate Access
Please ensure all visitors are registered at the gate. New access protocols are in effect from April 1, 2026.
